These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Janani Tours & Travels' taxi and travel booking services in Shivamogga. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge your pickup location, drop location and travel date, whether via phone call, WhatsApp message, or the website enquiry form.
Local trip fares are typically confirmed before the ride begins. Outstation fares include driver allowance and, unless stated otherwise, tolls and permit charges. Payment is due at the end of the trip via cash or UPI.
Local taxi bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the driver is dispatched. Outstation, tempo traveller and wedding car bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may attract a cancellation charge, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity as listed on our Vehicles page. Please inform us in advance of any oversized luggage so we can allocate an appropriate vehicle.
All our drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow traffic regulations. Vehicles are inspected and cleaned regularly. Please report any concerns to us directly so we can address them promptly.
While we take every precaution for passenger safety, Janani Tours & Travels is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road closures or traffic conditions.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
